Anniversary #2

P.S. Sean is an amazing hubby, too. I wanted to make sure I showed everyone my anniversary present: sweetheart surprised me with a gorgeous watch that I have been eyeing forever! Love you baby!

Sean Flies a Plane!

Sean Daniel Dillon and I have officially been married for SEVEN YEARS as of May 19, 2012! Can you believe it? And since I am kind of an awesome wife, I thought that Sean deserved a really cool gift for our anniversary. So what did I get him? Flying lessons! I was able to go up in the plane with him and it was so much fun! Enjoy!

Memorial Day

Hi all! Happy (late) Memorial Day! The day started off with picking up Kevin and heading to a breakfast at the park with friends from church (sorry, no pics from that...), then we hopped on the metro

 and headed up to Arlington National Cemetery.

We were a little scared that it would be insanely busy, and there were a lot of people there, but it actually was really neat! 

Someone had donated thousands of roses, which they were handing out at the front gate to be placed on the gravestones. 

We spent some time wandering the headstones (there are over 300,000 FYI, but we didn't wander them all...) and placed our roses on those of Marine Corps vets that we could find. 

We were also able to see Obama's entourage leaving the ceremony at the Tomb of the Unknown.

After that we headed home, had a quick lunch of sandwiches, and went to be POOL!! 

I have been so excited to take Reece, and I wasn't disappointed. After taking a couple of minutes to get used to it, she ended up loving swimming!

Run-A-Muck Mud Run!

A couple of weekends ago some friends and I did the DC Run-A-Muck. It was crazy cold, but so much fun! Below are a few pics that captured the good times. Sean didn't arrive until we have already started, so there are no "pre-mud" pics, but these ones are the fun ones anyway, so oh well.
